De Berkenschutse

The school offers both special and secondary special education and outpatient educational guidance. The Berkenschutse has four departments headed by a department manager. These departments are again subdivided into result-oriented teams, led by a team leader. Within a department, the department leader, team leaders, teachers, subject teachers, teaching assistants, and care specialists, such as behavioral experts, social workers, labor experts, school nurses and paramedical services (speech therapy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy) are involved in the day-to-day running of the department.
